Primary Application Form

Start by filling out the questions within the Preliminary Application form to provide us with the information we need in order to see if your family meets the minimal requirements of homeownership with Habitat for Humanity Waterloo Region.

Any personal information provided or subsequently obtained by Habitat for Humanity Waterloo Region (HabitatWR) as part of the application process will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating your qualification to build and purchase a Habitat home.
