For Jane and her family, the work they put into their home and the value they see in Habitat for Humanity Waterloo Region means everything to them.
Every year, Habitat for Humanity releases an impact report which helps the public, potential donors, volunteers and families understand the importance of the foundation, as well as quantifying the results of the hard work and donations of the supporters.
With the goal of using as many repurposed items as possible to transform an uninhabitable space into a warm and welcoming one, Elizabeth turned to the ReStore.
The Meaning of Home contest gives grade 4, 5 & 6 students a concrete way to make a difference in this community and all they need is a pencil and paper.
